​A modeller's second-hand market is held on the Sunday morning of the Expo. You can use this as an opportunity to clean out your model cupboard or to find some new purchases! There are always bargins available.

Buyers:

Entrance to the second-hand market is now included in your general expo entry fee. No additional charge applies to visit the second-hand stalls.  Buyers will be admitted from 10:00 AM until 12 noon.  

Sellers:

The cost is $10 per table, with a maximum of two sellers per table.

Each table is a trestle 2.4 m long and 1.8 m wide.

Set-up is from 9:00 am on the Sunday. Pre-booking is recommended to secure a stall because the number of tables is limited to 20 tables, all of which are partially under cover. In the event of a forecast of  good weather an additional 5 tables can be made available, but book early to avoid the risk. Table space may be hired on the day subject to availability. All registered sellers will be issued with a Sellers ID prior to their entry for set-up purposes. Only persons wearing their Sellers ID will be permitted entry to the Swap & Sell area before 10:00 AM.

Please refrain from trading or swapping prior to the public opening time of 10:00 AM. We want everyone to have a fair go which means trading can only start once everyone can access the trading area.
In the interests of fair play no commercial traders will be permitted to either buy or sell at the swap meet.  The only exception being if a trader is selling from their own personal collection or purchasing for their own personal collection.
