2025 Event Schedule (Preliminary, TBC)

Saturday 9 Aug 2025
 

• 07:00 - Unlock Venue - Establish Traffic Control - Vendors and Exhibitors to start set-up.
• ​09:00 - Open check-in of Pre-Registered Competition Models.
• 09:30 - Set up Traffic Direction / Parking Control.
• 09:45 - Collect Exhibitors entrance fees.
• 10:00 AM - EVENT OPENS TO PUBLIC.  Registration of all other competition entries opens. 
• 1:00 PM - Registration of competition entries closes. 
• 2:00 PM - Competition Hall is closed to allow confidential judging. (NB: The competition hall will be open for all of Sunday).
• 4:30 PM - Day one Show closes.   Judging will continue after-hours until all judging is complete.

Sunday 10 Aug 2025

• 08:30 - Unlock Venue. Hall access for WASMEx committee, commercial vendors & exhibitors.
• 09:00 - Second Hand Market set up stalls. (Please ensure no trading prior to 10:00AM).
• 10:00 AM - EVENT OPENS TO PUBLIC. SECOND-HAND MARKET OPENS FOR TRADE. 
• 12:00 Midday - Swap & Sell closes. 
• 3:00 PM - Prize Giving.
• 4:30 PM -  Event closure and pack-up. Thanks in advance to all volunteers who help with the pack-up.
