The WASMEx 2024 Post-Show Meeting and AGM are now both complete.

We are happy to announce that all Incumbent Officers; President, Secretary and Treasurer have been re-elected to continue in their roles. All members of the committee have chosen to continue in their current roles and one new member has joined us. We are always happy to welcome new committee members.

We also welcome a new webmaster who will be posting the photographs from 2024 on this website very soon. 

A few key opportunities for improvement highlighted during the Post-Show meeting include:

• We need a register of judges so that the judging team can be organized and familiarized with the judging guidelines prior to the show.
• On Saturday the competition hall will be closed to public access at 2.00PM so that judging can be carried out in private.  
• After the show closes on Saturday, judging will continue until complete. All judging will be finished on Saturday evening.

All WASMEx meetings are open to the public, especially to anyone with an interest in either joining the committee or the judging team.
