Competition Pre-Registration

ENTRY FORM

We strongly recommend pre-registration of your competition entries.
Modellers that do not pre-registered their models will be required to complete a manual entry form prior to joining the registration queue.
The manual registration forms will be available outside the door of the registration room - near the competition hall entry.

2026 Pre-Registration for the WASMEx Competition is NOT open at present.

  1. Read the Competition Rules and Conditions of Entry to prevent any misunderstandings at the Expo.
  2. Determine which Category your models belong in (enquire to  [email protected] if you require guidance with your pre-registered models).
  3. Click on entry form and follow the instructions on the form. Essentially,  download the form and fill it in either by typing in the relevant information or, print it out and fill it in by hand.
  4. Once you have completed your form e-mail it  to the competition coordinator at [email protected]. We accept either completed (typed) PDFs or clear scans of manually filled in forms. The competition coordinator will  transfer the information into the competition database prior to the event.
  5. On the day, turn up with your entries and a copy of your pre-registration form between 10:00 AM and TBC PM.
Scrutineers will check that the model is in the correct category and complete the final step in the registration process.
  6. Collect your model entry data sheet and proceed to the photography station.
  7. Following the photography of your entry proceed to the main competition hall and place your entries on the competition tables under the designated category along with the entry data sheet.

Note that up to six models can be entered on each form. To enter more than six models just submit additional forms. There is no limit on how many models each competitor can submit.

You can choose to complete the entry form either electronically or by printing it out and filling in with pen and ink then scanning and e-mailing the scan. The choice is yours, however please make sure that any handwriting is very clear.

On the day, turn up with your entries between 10:00 AM and TBA PM and place your entries on the competition tables.

Registration on the day

You are welcome to register on the day. The process and paperwork is very similar to that outlined above but will take more time  and will result in more queuing.

  1. Read the Competition Rules and Conditions of Entry to prevent any misunderstandings.
  2. Turn up at Cannington with your models, between 10:00 AM and 1:00PM.
  3. Determine which Category your models belong in (discuss with scrutineers if you require guidance)
  4. Fill out the paperwork
  5. Present paperwork to the Competition Coordinator who will then complete the data entry.
  6. Collect your model entry data sheet and proceed to the photography station.
  7. Following the photography of your entry proceed to the main competition hall and place your entries on the competition tables under the designated category along with the entry data sheet.
